Return and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid planning sessions and service packages where fees are charged.

Cancellation by client

Cancellations requested at least 48 hours in advance may qualify for a full refund.

Requests made under 48 hours may be eligible for partial refund or one-time rescheduling depending on preparation already completed.

Missed sessions without notice may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

After a service is delivered, refund review is based on documented scope, completion status, and applicable legal standards.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days to the original payment method where available.
